What is Cognitive Hypnotherapy
Cognitive hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that combines elements of cognitive psychology, NLP techniques (neuro-linguistic programming) and hypnosis to address various psychological issues. It aims to empower individuals by helping them understand and change their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. By accessing the subconscious mind through trance states, cognitive hypnotherapy can facilitate the identification and transformation of negative beliefs and patterns that may be holding a person back.
Cognitive hypnotherapy is based on the concept of everyday trance rather than a specific hypnotised state, this means you are in a relaxed but aware state during therapy. We personalise our therapy and do not use a one size fits all script approach. This makes it much more effective.
This theraeutic approach recognizes the connection between our thoughts and the way we perceive and experience the world. It focuses on promoting self-awareness, self-compassion, and personal growth.
